Jon M. Shrader D.O.

 

A 1991 graduate of the University of Health Science in Kansas City, Missouri, Dr. Jon Shrader completed his residency in Family Practice at the University of Kansas School of Medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Shrader opened Clovis Family Healthcare as a way to bring comprehensive, friendly care to families in the region. He has been practicing in Clovis for more than 15 years.

 Trina Donohew PA-C

A native of Tucumcari, NM, Mrs. Donohew has worked as a certified Physician Assistant for over 10 years, with 8 of those years in practice in Clovis. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, FL and went on to earn her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies through the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Trina and her husband Matt have 2 children and love spending their free time traveling and exploring.  She loves raising her family in Clovis where she is able to use her healthcare experience to benefit patients within her local community.

Johanna Pettrey, FNP-BC

Johanna received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University, Washington, DC in 2000. She is board certified in family practice by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. As a recipient of the National Health Service Corps Scholarship, she chose New Mexico, a medically underserved area, to provide primary care for patients of all ages.  She now has over 15 years of experience in Eastern New Mexico,  providing acute care for common illnesses and injuries, health and wellness promotion and chronic disease management. 

Erika Fury-Potts  MSN, FNP-BC

 

Erika received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University in 2007. Board certified in family practice by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, Erika believes in a holistic approach to patient care, with an emphasis on health promotion, patient education and counseling as well as disease prevention. She has been with Clovis Family Healthcare since 2008.


Amanda graduated with her Masters degree in nursing from Chamberlain University in Springfield, Illinois. Nationally board certified in family practice by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Amanda believes in forging relationships with people to understand their health needs and goals and working collaboratively with each individual to develop a plan to achieve their best possible state of health. Before joining Clovis Family Healthcare, Amanda spent 8 years serving in the United States Air Force,10 years working in the emergency room / hospital setting, and in disaster preparedness. She also specializes in Cosmetic Procedures and Botox injections. Amanda’s experience allows her to treat patients with exceptional care. Her goal is to partner with you and create a plan to optimize your health.

Joy Felty, MSN, FNP-C

Joy Felty is a lifelong resident of Clovis. She earned her nursing degree from Clovis Community College and bachelors from Eastern New Mexico University. Joy receive her Masters of Science in Nursing from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, TX. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and licensed through the state of New Mexico.  Joy has always felt a connection with Clovis and has a desire to help people within this community.  She believes building bonds and relationships with her patients is key to positive outcomes.  Joy is married and has two beautiful children.  She is an active member of the Clovis Rotary club and values service to others.  As the service chair of that board she loves to find ways to give back to the community. Joy is excited to be at Clovis Family Healthcare and to have the opportunity to again serve this wonderful community. 

Justine Nunez, MSN, FNP-C, APRN, CDP

Family Nurse Practitioner Mrs. Justine graduated with Presidents Honors from Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois with both her Bachelor and Masters of Science in Nursing. She is Nationally board certified in Family Practice by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is also certified with the National council of certified Dementia Practitioners; the global leader in dementia education and certification for healthcare professionals. 

Justine is an active member of several professional organizations including Sigma Theta Tau; the International Honor Society of Nursing, New Mexico Nurse Practitioner Council, and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has been in the healthcare field for over 13 years and brings with her a wide range of experience. Justine works with all ages of the spectrum from birth to geriatric care, with a special interest in women’s health. She loves to provide care to her community where she was raised.
